How to request a nomination ballot or an election ballot

When emailing or calling for a ballot, alumni must provide the following information:
    • complete name at time of graduation (maiden name included)
    • year of graduation, college, and major
    • current e-mail address (where you would like to receive ballots), if applicable
    • mailing address
After the alumni record is qualified, a ballot will be sent by email (to alumni who provided an email address) or by regular mail (to those who did not provide an email address).
