Re: House Bills 299, 310, 311, and 312

Dear Representative Turzai:

I am writing to you to request your assistance to move the above referenced bills, related to needed reform of the Penn State Board of Trustees, to the floor of the House so they can receive the hearing they deserve. I do not believe it is possible for the Board of Trustees to make all of the changes necessary to improve their governance. The multitude of failures attributed to the Board of Trustees since 2011 demonstrates their lack of leadership and ability to make good decisions. The minor changes they are recommending for themselves further demonstrate their lack of ability to accurately identify effective corrective actions.

Your assistance is needed in this matter.
